aura deodorant
a new brand of deodorant designed to be refillable and to stand apart from other brands in the deodorant aisle
This project was created in an interdisciplinary team comprised of two communication designers and one industrial designer. We worked together to conduct research on our product vertical, identify our design problems, and to solve those problems with our design solution.
Design process
When our team was developing our branding concept we explored several directions for our logo and packaging design. After rounds of iteration and refinement, we reached a consensus on the best solution. Each of aura’s three scents features its own gradient shape inspired by the look of typographic maps, in a monochromatic color palette.
As a team, we worked together to create our design solution. During the design process I started creating a variety of hand sketches for the brand logo, and translated the most promising options digitally. I also introduced the gradient shape concept that we moved forward with and refined.

Dough
a gourmet cookie bakery that sells a variety of cookies and packaged cookie doughs.
Design process
This project was created for a studio class and then further developed into a brand and packaging solution.
Each jar of DOUGH cookie dough features the brand’s iconic scoop and brand pattern. Every DOUGH flavor uses its own color palette, to make each flavor’s packaging unique.
